How to delete your Seatuationship account

You can delete your account in the Seatuationship app, or request deletion by email if you cannot sign in.

Email support@seatuationship.com from the email address associated with your account.
Use the subject line Account deletion request and include the account email you want deleted.
We will verify the request and delete your account and associated data within 30 days.

When your Seatuationship account is deleted, we remove:

Account information: Name, email address, password, and authentication credentials
Project data: Seating charts, table layouts, folders, and project configurations you created
Guest list data: Guest names, tags, seating preferences, and relationship information you entered
Shared layouts: Layout share links you created
In-app subscription access: Your Seatuationship subscription is canceled and paid features are no longer available on that account

Some information may be retained for limited purposes:

Billing and payment records: Stripe may retain payment and customer records as required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. We cancel active Seatuationship subscriptions at deletion time; we do not keep your seating chart content in Stripe.
Support correspondence: Emails you send to support (including deletion requests) may be retained as needed to process your request and meet legal obligations.
Legal holds: Data we are required to keep by law (for example, to resolve disputes or comply with financial recordkeeping rules) may be retained for the period required by applicable law.

In-app deletion: Account data listed above is deleted when you confirm deletion in the app.
Email deletion requests: Processed within 30 days of a verified request.
Billing / legal records: Kept only as long as needed for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, or other legal obligations, then deleted or anonymized.
